We practice every Thursday night @ 8 pm at the Hollies, next to the Post Office, in Loddon.
All are welcome to come and play or even to listen.

The band in 2017 playing at the home of one of our members in PulhamText Box: We are very pleased to announce that it has been agreed that Simon Linger will conduct the band in 2018 and Joe Knight will remain as Musical Director.
They will work together, with Joe still arranging music for the band and we are also so pleased to have Ken Hicks helping too, especially conducting  and arranging for us. 
We  also welcome Guy Ludbrook as Principal Cornet and are grateful for him taking on that vital role and Frankie Ayres for filling that role in recent weeks. 
John Nicholson has resigned fro family reasons at least in the short term and we wish him well, being grateful for his support over many years. 
We look forward o  highly successful 2018. 
If you play a brass instrument and don’t play with a band please come an join us. You would be very welcome and we are the ‘friendly band’.

The band has enjoyed its summer season with concerts, including the ‘Fair on the Yare’ at Claxton, the Nicholas Everitt Park and ‘our own’  ‘Born Free’ concert in conjunction with Chet Valley Ministries at All Saints Church in Loddon.

We were very pleased with the turnout in Loddon and the band played well, especially our soloists.
